The Philippine Community Relations Development and Resource Center (CRC), to be a reliable, relevant partner of industries, communities and community relations practitioners for sustainable and holistic development, lives out its mission of empowering community relations practitioners to effect meaningful community transformation, by following and operating on a theory of change that progresses through five interconnected stages.
It begins with co-creating a shared vision for tomorrow ensuring stakeholders are aligned on goals that naturally leads to each stakeholder committing to the concrete actions.
This shared commitment to positive change manifests in resource sharing that is deeply anchored on trust and accountability.
